Successful Property Solutions enters into joint venture agreements with asset rich and cash or time poor home owners planning on selling an un-renovated property who lack the funds and/or time to undertake a renovation.
Under the terms of the agreement, Successful Property Solutions will visit the property concerned, determine the work required, organise and project manage the tradespeople and pay for all work undertaken. When the property is sold the profit on sale is then split on a 50/50 basis with the homeowner.
For those clients not wishing to sell, but wanting to do a renovation and not knowing where to start, for a flat fee Helen will visit the property and discuss with the client how they would love their home to look. She will offer suggestions as to what could be done, provide photos of similar projects and assist in the purchase of materials required. As she has access to trade discounts from a wide range of suppliers these will be passed on in full to the homeowner. Depending on the scale of the renovation, in some cases this may cover the fee charged for the initial visit. Should the homeowner wish to proceed with the work but require further assistance, Helen is able to project manage the entire renovation.
